American Modeling Academy Models Shine at NYFW 2026 hosted by The Bureau

The lights of Manhattan came alive on September 12th, 2026, as New York Fashion Week, hosted by The Bureau, brought together designers, models, and fashion creatives from around the world for an unforgettable evening at the magnificent Gotham Hall in Manhattan.

Among the talented models taking the prestigious runway were students and rising stars from American Modeling Academy, representing three distinctive collections and showcasing the breadth of talent nurtured by the academy.

The evening featured the Kids Collection, showcasing designs by talented international designer Rima. American Modeling Academy's youngest models had the opportunity to step onto the New York Fashion Week runway and experience the excitement of performing in one of the world's most important fashion capitals. Representing the collection were Nia Amina, Elizabeth Kimov, Margaryta Latyk, Sophie Belle Howard, Hannah Berube, Bupe Kalulu, Everleigh Love, Skylar Zoe Gimple, and Mikhaela De Leon.

For these young rising stars, the experience was about more than wearing beautiful designs. Walking at New York Fashion Week gave them the opportunity to develop confidence, professionalism, stage presence, and an understanding of what it means to be part of a major international fashion production.

The spotlight then turned to the Teens and Adults Collection, featuring the work of acclaimed Panamanian designer Michelle Ferrer. American Modeling Academy was represented by Maria Kuchereko, Kai McDonough, Aubrey Augustine, Paige Taylor Gonor, Presley Jo Gonor, and Kathy Ping. Their runway appearances brought a sophisticated energy to the collection while highlighting the international spirit of the event.

The culmination of the evening was a special presentation by California-based celebrity designer Kenneth Barlis. Representing his collection was Maria Kucherenko, whose appearance on the runway provided a memorable finale to an already remarkable evening.

Hosted at the spectacular Gotham Hall, the event offered a dramatic and elegant setting worthy of New York Fashion Week. The historic Manhattan venue became a meeting point for fashion talent from different backgrounds and countries, giving American Modeling Academy models the chance to share the runway with designers and creatives working on an international level.

For American Modeling Academy, participation in New York Fashion Week 2026 was a celebration of talent across generations. From the youngest models taking important steps in their fashion journeys to teens and adults gaining further professional runway experience, each model had the opportunity to be part of a prestigious fashion event in the heart of Manhattan.

Representing collections by Studio Rima, Michelle Ferrer, and Kenneth Barlis, the American Modeling Academy models brought confidence, individuality, and enthusiasm to the runway. Their participation was a meaningful milestone and another chapter in the journeys of these aspiring and established models.
